About us
Victorious Saints Deliverance Church, also known as Israel Jimah World Outreach, is a ministry where God's love and power are powerfully demonstrated through the Word, worship, prayer, and the manifestation of signs and wonders.
Born into an Islamic family in Auchi, Nigeria, Israel Jimah experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ and was converted from Islam to Christianity as a teenager in 1975. His decision to follow Christ came with intense persecution, yet he stood firm in his newfound faith. Today, his life is a living testament to the transformative power of God—a story of unwavering courage, enduring faith, and the miraculous grace that changes hearts and destinies.
In 1984, God spoke to His servant, saying, "You will demonstrate My love and power to both sinners and saints. You will teach mysteries and make them plain by the anointing." Over the years, God has faithfully confirmed His promise, and His servants (Israel and Lina) continue to travel globally, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ from nation to nation.
After 19 years of traveling the world, sharing the love and testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ, God spoke to His servant in 2011, saying, "Go to America, for there are people there waiting for you." And so, the journey continued. A few years later, today, here we are in Fresno, California, faithfully doing whatever the Master calls us to do.

Some of My Divine Encounters - Israel Jimah
In 1995, during a vision of the night, a sudden flash of lightning appeared across the sky without any dark clouds. Startled, I wondered what it could be, unaware that God had sent the lightning to transform my hands. As I gazed at my palms, I saw they had changed from ordinary to something resembling transparent glass. Then, the voice of the Lord came unto me with a heavy, clear, and loud tone, saying, "HEALING POWER!" The weight of His voice carried undeniable authority, filling me with awe and a sense of divine commissioning. My palms have never been the same again since then.
In 1997, I had another remarkable encounter during a vision of the night. I found myself standing before a giant cow, so massive, by my estimation, it could withstand even machine gun fire. In the spirit realm, cows often symbolize witchcraft, representing oppressive forces of darkness. As I stood there, I suddenly noticed a rod in my hand—like the staff of Moses. With divine authority, I struck the cow once with the rod. Instantly, the mighty beast staggered and collapsed to the ground, dead.
Then, from heaven, the word of the Lord came to me with power and in King James Bible tone, saying, "Behold, I have delivered the enemy into thy hands. Stand up on thy feet and stretch forth thy hands before thee." I obeyed, lifting my hands as instructed. The voice continued, "Behold, I give unto you a release of power."
The atmosphere was charged with the weight of His presence, and His words resonated with overwhelming authority, confirming His victory and empowering my spirit for the battles ahead. This is one of the reasons we are confident in conducting deliverance services and deliverance-one-on-one.
Some of My Divine Encounters - Lina Jimah
In 1984, as a young girl and a new convert from idol worship to Christianity, my heart burned with a deep hunger for God. Desiring more of His presence, I committed myself to fasting and prayer for several days. On a non-church day, I entered one of the small rooms in the church to seek the Lord in solitude. While praying, I became physically weak and lay face-up on a bench to rest.
The moment my back touched the bench, an extraordinary encounter began. My entire body suddenly froze, and I found myself unable to move. Then, I saw a man clothed in dazzling white descend from the ceiling above me, holding a golden, shining cup in His hand. His appearance radiated an indescribable purity and power. Terror gripped me, and I tried desperately to rise and flee, but I remained frozen in place.
Without speaking a single word, the man dipped His finger into the golden cup and anointed my forehead. Immediately after, He ascended swiftly back into the ceiling, disappearing from sight. At that moment, my body was released from its frozen state. Trembling with awe and fear, I rushed to my pastor and shared the encounter. His explanation brought clarity, but the impact of that moment remains etched in my soul forever—the rest is history.
In 1985, when Israel Jimah, then Mamudu Jimah, proposed marriage, I declined immediately, desiring to be sure it was the will of God. Months later, I had a life-changing dream where the Lord revealed His divine purpose for our lives together. I saw us traveling from nation to nation, preaching the gospel with power and passion. In one striking scene, we were running side by side in a great track race that circled the entire globe. We stopped at a distant point, far from the African continent, standing in a land unfamiliar to me. Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, "I am bringing you together in marriage to save the lost, heal the sick, and deliver the oppressed." That encounter left no doubt in my heart—our union was divinely ordained for the work of the kingdom and the salvation of souls around the world. We got married on November 19, 1988, in Auchi, Nigeria.
